Homeware - Most items are kept in stock and we aim to ship all orders within 3 working days. If an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know. Please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery. And 5 - 10 days outside Mainland UK. At any time, you can email us at and we will give you the latest status of your order.
Fabrics & Wallpapers -As we have a wide product range we do not hold stock of fabrics & wallpapers and the exact lead time depends on when our suppliers deliver to us. Our fabrics and wallpapers are ordered direct from our supplier, Clarke & Clarke when we receive an order. Please allow 3- 7 days for delivery. And 5 - 10 days outside of Mainland UK. Orders placed after 12 pm, will be processed the following day. In the event a fabric or wallpaper is out of stock we will inform you via email to see if you're happy to wait until it is available again, or arrange a refund.
Homeware - We hope that you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. Our returns policy means you have 7 days from receipt of the product to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product directly for a refund. Providing the item is in re-saleable condition with original packaging.
If you return products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you retain some proof of postage in the event that the products go missing, as products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. The cost of returning any goods is the responsibility of the customer and this cost will not be reinbursed by us as part of the refund process.
All contact with Janet Church Interiors should be either by post or email to stating your order and reason for return.
Fabric orders are cut to length and therefore CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
Wallpapers CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty or damaged.
You should notify us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty item (within 5 days), so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible. This should be done by email to stating your order and fault, we may need photographic evidence, so please send some photos if you're able to.
Payment is accepted in pounds sterling by most major credit or debit cards as detailed on our web site at time of order.
All credit card payments made during on-line transactions are handled on our behalf by Wix's secure payment gateways and utilise secure encryption. No credit card details are processed or stored at any time on Janet Church Interiors web site.
On the rare occasion, a product becomes out of stock, before being updated on our website, We will notify you immediately and a refund will be issued immediately (allow up to 5 - 7 working days for this to be processed depending on the bank).
