We accept payment by debit and credit cards.
Credit and debit card transactions are handled by XXX. We accept all Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo cards. Please note we do not currently accept American Express.
You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment.
We will exchange or give a credit note for any item you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not happy with your purchase.
Please note we will not refund postage and packaging charges.
If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Items bought online can also be returned to our St Ives, Cambridgeshire store for a refund. Please bring proof of purchase (i.e. the email confirmation) with you.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
Shipping and Delivery
Please note that delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our team by emailing email@example.com.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. A signature is required on delivery. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not home during these ours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as your work address. If you do miss your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.
Shipping is £2.95 to any UK mainland address and free when you spend over £50. We do not offer next day delivery.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK. If you are based outside of the UK and would like to purchase from us please contact us to arrange this.
Out of stock items
Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in touch immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.

The information you give us is used to receive and process your orders, to provide services and notify you of any changes. If you have agreed when purchasing, we will use your email address to notify you of any promotions, offers, and new items via our monthly newsletter.

We appreciate that this information is not available to the public and respect your privacy. We do not store credit card details, nor do we rent, sell or share customer details with any third parties.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by letting us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may share information when required by law, government request or court order, if we feel necessary.
These are small 'text files' that are sent to your computer and stored in your web browser should you wish to visit our site again.
